Overview

Tru Brand Media developed a secure, server-based, data-driven application designed to streamline complaint management and ensure timely response compliance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) standards. The system unified complex datasets across multiple enterprise environments, enabling full visibility into complaint lifecycle tracking, resolution timelines, and operational performance metrics.

Challenge

The client’s existing complaint process was fragmented across multiple systems — including Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle, and Salesforce — resulting in data silos, inconsistent reporting, and delays in identifying compliance risks. The goal was to centralize these disparate data sources, normalize the data structure, and automate performance reporting to support executive decision-making and regulatory audits.

Our Solution

Tru Brand Media developed a server-based native application that unified all data sources into a single, interactive interface:

    • ETL & Data Normalization:
      Using Alteryx, we engineered automated workflows to extract, cleanse, and normalize data from multiple relational and cloud-based databases (Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle, Salesforce, and others).
