Yes. All clients receive a formal production schedule outlining milestone-based deadlines, content handoff dates, and feedback windows. This ensures transparency and keeps the project on track.
Please note that any scope changes introduced after the agreement is signed may cause delays, require formal approval, and could result in additional costs. We’ll always communicate adjustments clearly before proceeding.

Client Communication & Support
Every client is assigned a dedicated project manager to ensure clear, consistent communication from start to finish. We tailor our communication style to your preferences—whether through email, Slack, Zoom, or other platforms your team prefers. All assets, timelines, and updates are centralized and accessible, with streamlined check-ins to keep everything moving efficiently and on schedule.
Revisions are typically limited to two rounds per line item; however, this may vary based on the review process outlined in your final agreement. All feedback must be submitted within the designated timeline to avoid project delays. Any changes outside the approved scope may require a formal change order and could result in additional costs.
Yes. We offer flexible monthly retainers for ongoing support, which can include digital marketing, public relations, brand maintenance, funnel optimization, content creation, and performance reporting. Each retainer is tailored to your business goals, campaign needs, and growth strategy.
Billing, Scope & Legal
Projects are billed in clearly defined phases, with an initial deposit required to begin work. Full payment terms and due dates are outlined in the service agreement. We accept ACH transfers, debit/credit cards, and business-to-business invoicing, depending on client preference and project scope.
Any additions or changes to the original scope after contract execution must be documented through a formal change order. This includes updated pricing, revised timelines, and required approvals. Work outside the agreed scope will not proceed without written authorization to ensure clarity and accountability on both sides.
Refunds are only available if contracted deliverables are not met as outlined in the signed agreement. Once a deliverable has been approved by the client, that portion of the scope is considered closed. If a client believes a deliverable has not been fulfilled, Tru Brand Media is allotted 30 days to address the issue by completing or re-submitting the necessary work in alignment with the original scope.
Yes. We maintain strict confidentiality across all client relationships. We are happy to sign or provide mutual non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to protect sensitive information, intellectual property, and strategic planning.
